Frequently Asked Questions

Payment:

Q – How can I pay?
A – For speed and simplicity we prefer payment through PayPal which is both secure and efficient.  If you do not have a PayPal account you can still use PayPal with your credit or debit card. You do not need to register just select ‘checkout as guest’. If you wish to pay by other means then please contact us.

Postage:

Q – Who will deliver my product?
A – All 2nd class / Standard deliveries will be made by Royal Mail or couriers like DPD or Hermes. 1st class deliveries will also be made by Royal Mail or courier.

Q – How long will it take?
A – Most items will be despatched the next day but we aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of payment.

Q – Do you deliver outside the UK?
A – We do ship to Europe and the rest of the world but the website only processes UK Ordering. Customers from outside the UK should contact us first to request a postage price prior to ordering or request a total before paying.

Returns:

Q – How long do I have to return my product?
A – Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have up to 14 working days after you have received your order to change your mind. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us prior to posting, via email to : PartyBits2008@live.co.uk

Under our PartyBits2008 Refund Policy, you have 28 days to return a product to us, (This includes the 14day Statutory Right)  Providing it is unused and in a saleable condition will will refund you in full. The return postage cost will be at the expense of the buyer.* Please contact us before returning any items.

Regrettably no refunds can be offered for confectionary items
