Delivery Information

At PartyBits2008 we know how important the delivery of your party supplies are especially when it’s for a special Birthday or celebration. When you order from PartyBits2008 we will keep you fully informed by sending you an e-mail when your item has been dispatched. We try to dispatch all orders the next working day when placing your order before 5pm. Please note that Saturday and Sundays are not working days so all orders placed on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday. Bank Holiday orders will not go out until the next working day.

Royal Mail is PartyBits2008 preferred method of delivery for smaller items but couriers are often used for larger orders.

Standard Second Class

Standard Delivery is 3 – 5 days but if your party is less than 7 days away we recommend using First Class Post.

First Class

First Class Delivery is 1 – 3 working days after dispatch but. Sadly we do not currently offer a Guaranteed Next Day Service.

If A Parcel Gets Lost

If your parcel gets lost then please notify us straight away. Your parcel will always have a Senders Label on it so it should make our way back to us at PartyBits2008. The Post Office will only class a parcel lost after 15 days therefore we will not accept liability for the parcel that is lost less than fifteen days.

In our experience if a parcel has not turned up please check at your local Post Sorting Office as 9 times out of 10 they may have tried to deliver it but have not left a card.

We will try and get another parcel out to you in time for your party but you will need to pay for this. If the parcel turns up then we will refund you the money back when you return the items back to us in their original condition. If the parcel is returned back to us as they could not deliver it then we will refund you the money back at this point. This hardly ever happens but if it does please let us know straight away.

If a parcel has gone missing due to incorrect address being submitted we will not accept liability for this and it will be down to you the customer to track the parcel down.


PartyBits2008 accepts returns up to 30 days after ordering. If you are not happy with your order we will refund you in full (the original postage cost is not refundable unless the item is faulty). All returns must be in their original packaging and intact and in the condition we have sent them. The return postage will be at the customers expense

Please note you have a duty of care and are responsible for the products until they are returned back to us. If you are sending items back we would need to be notified by email prior to sending. We suggest using a trackable service and for larger orders with adequate postal insurance. You are responsible for the item until we have received it

If the item is damaged then please contact us to discuss a replacement or refund.

We will e-mail you when we have received the goods but please allow 7 days for the refund to be made.

You are welcome to cancel 7 days after placement of your order, if your order has been despatched before cancellation you will be liable for the return postage costs.
