Payment:

Q – How do I pay?
A – For speed and simplicity we prefer payment through PayPal which is both secure and efficient.  If you do not have a PayPal account you can still use PayPal with your credit or debit card. You do not need to register just select ‘checkout as guest’. If you wish to pay by other means then please contact us.

Postage:

Q – Who will deliver my product?
A – All 2nd class / Standard deliveries will be made by Royal Mail or couriers like DPD or Hermes. 1st class deliveries will also be made by Royal Mail or courier.

Q – How long will it take?
A – Most items will be despatched the next day but we aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of cleared funds.

Q – Do you deliver outside the UK?
A – We do ship to Europe and the rest of the world. Customers from outside the UK should contact us first to request a postage price prior to ordering or request a total before paying.

Returns:

Q – How long do I have to return my product?
A – Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order via email to : [email protected]

Under our PartyBits2008 Refund Policy, you have 14 days to return a product to us, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition for a full refund. Where a product is faulty, damaged or described incorrectly we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted*. Please contact us before returning any items.

Except for faulty items, we only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. You must also have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the product.

Regrettably no refunds can be offered for confectionary items
